Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Short Description of the Project, Initiative or Change
The ATS is a service enhancement for the CSE external website. The purpose of the tool is to facilitate external hiring for CSE. External applicants are asked to go into the system and submit a resume and answer various questions. All external applicants (including students) must use the system to apply as only those applications coming through the system will be considered for employment.
